New Marbella Shopping Centre

Marbella Plaza, a brand new, modern  shopping complex is planned to set the retail scene alight on the Costa del Sol, thanks to a 100 million euro investment planned by English developers Citygrove and Burlington. State-of-the-art materials and cutting edge design, with environmentally considerate features, will be the focus on the design from eminent New York architects, KPF

Not only will the project bring significant economic benefits to the local community, but the residential community as a whole will see regeneration, improved mobility logistics with the construction of a new 4-lane road, and improved green areas, parks, community features and parking, in adherence to local planning laws. Not only will local residents and shoppers benefit from this exciting new development, but it's estimated more than 500 jobs will be created.

The expansive, ambitious project of more than 30,000m2 will be located near the Plaza de Toros (Bullring) area of northern Marbella, and is set to attract some of the world’s leading brands and retailers.

Work is scheduled to begin in 2022 and doors are set to open by Q4 2023 - Marbella Plaza is set to be the ‘calling card’ of the area, located at the entrance to the city, and will provide an elevated commercial standard for the rest of Malaga province.
